A global research, training and consultancy firm, Great Place to Work has revealed its fifth annual list of best workplaces in Saudi Arabia. They ranked hotel giant Hilton as the top place to work in the kingdom.
Ranked first among governmental agencies is The Capital Market Authority (CMA) best workplace while the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) was recognised for achieving the fastest year-on-year improvement.

Great Place to Work conducts a meticulous audit of each participating company. Two-thirds of the company’s score is based on the results of a survey and it is sent to companies’ employees.
