A leading sustainability pioneer in the UAE, Bee’ah, said they have partnered with Italian firm Ambienthesis to exchange expertise and explore potential areas of collaboration in the environmental and waste management fields in the Middle East and Europe. Ambienthesis is an Italian expert in industrial waste management and soil remediation which is Part of the renowned Greenthesis Group.
This joint venture is to address challenges in the treatment of solid industrial waste, hazardous waste, soil and groundwater remediation, and radioactive waste. With the growth of the region’s economy, new errors are being identified in the processing of specific types of waste. This newly formed venture will fulfil these requirements through innovative, easy and accessible solutions.

In 2018 in Sharjah Bee’ah and Ambienthesis had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to study about the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of the environment and waste industry in UAE and Italy. By 2021 Sharjah is aiming to become the first zero-waste city in the Middle East.
